Biography
Coach Carine started her career by practicing free diving (apnea) in 2003. Since then, she competed
and was on the French National Free diving team in 2009 and 2010 for Dynamic Apnea with Monofin. She majored in Sophrology, which she now combines with her specialty in apnea to improve focus, stress management, and self-confidence along with performance for children and adults. In addition to free diving, Coach Carine’s favorite sport is rowing , and her interests include nature, trekking, and attending cultural events.
