Biography
Originally from Belgium, Coach Maxime grew up in a family with the lucky experience of being able to travel the world and live in numerous countries. He began swimming at the age of 8 and has now developed into a professional swimmer who has attended multiple swimming meets. His strong passion towards swimming has even led him to base one of his high school projects on creating a book about swimming. His main contributions at ASW include coaching our afternoon swimming lessons for kids at Landmark Hotel. In his free time, you can find Maxime eating out at his favourite restaurants such as The State of Pasta and Kung’s Cafe or chilling at home watching his favourite Netflix shows such as Brooklyn Nine Nine and Stranger Things.
