Position: Sports Development Coach
Biography
Having grown up in Jamaica, Coach Thomas has always shown strengths in being a well-balanced athlete with experience and expertise in almost all areas of sports. When he came to us at ASW, we had no question about who to nominate as our Sports Development Coach for our team. Throughout the years, Coach Thomas has participated in several competitive swimming, football and tennis tournaments winning numerous medals in several countries such as Jamaica, Thailand and more recently Laos. At ASW, he currently handles tennis, swimming and functional fitness for our kids. He always find a good balance between fun and developing skills. He is very communicative with the kids, which has helped many local kids further develop their English communication skills as a bonus. His contributions to ASW have been significant from assisting our establishment with trainings at the South East Asian Games National Stadium to helping us officially launch our kids water polo and tennis programs. Besides his sport interests, Coach Thomas has a hidden passion for photography and can often be found taking short road trips with his friends on the weekends.
